Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all participants of this reward programme who have been carefully selected by the Bank.

1. Acceptance

By assessing and using this service, you accept and agree that you shall be bound by the terms and provisions of this Terms and Conditions Agreement. By completing your login/registration process, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions. In addition, when using the website, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to the entire Diamond Xtra Season 14 Programme. Any participation in this digital skills acquisition programme will constitute acceptance of this agreement. In the event that you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever, you agree that you relinquish all privileges assigned to you by the Bank to participate in this particular reward scheme. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED TO LOGIN AND REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAMME.

2. Eligibility Criteria & Selection Process

To be considered eligible for the Diamond Xtra Digital Training Programme, it is required that you meet the following criteria:

• Must have a Diamond Xtra account with Access Bank;

• Must have indicated an interest in the training programme by filling your details on the link provided by the Bank;

• Must have been selected by the Bank for this programme through a carefully designed process.

3. Access to the Website and Participation in the Programme

To access this website and participate in the Diamond Xtra Digital Marketing Training, you may be required to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition for your registration that all the information you provide on the registration form on the website is correct, current and complete. If the Bank and its Agents believe that the information provided by you is incorrect, outdated or incomplete, the Bank and its Agents have the right to refuse you access to the website and disqualify your registration for the training and terminate or suspend your access at any time. The Bank reserves the right to take further legal action against you for giving any false, incorrect, misleading or misrepresenting information during the registration process. 

4. The Training

The training is meant to equip participants with practical knowledge that would help them scale up businesses by leveraging the online space. You are not required to have a university degree to learn and understand the content of this training.

Contained in here are 7 modules and each module is carefully designed with different learning content: Videos, PowerPoint Slides and Quizzes; all designed for your learning pleasure.

Be sure to take the quiz at the end of each module. A pass mark  of 50% would earn you a certificate of completion in that module and you can share this with friends and professional colleagues on your social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

  6. Restrictions on Use

You may use this website to register for the Diamond Xtra Digital Marketing Training Programme. As a condition for your use of the website and registration, you warrant to Access Bank and its Agents that you will not use the website and registration for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. You warrant to the Bank and its Agents that you will not serve as a registration agent to anyone to register them for a fee to be paid to you as the Bank has no registration agents. You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, send, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, content, software, products or services obtained from or otherwise connected to the website.

7. Waiver

All who register for this programme agree that Access Bank has the sole responsibility of determining those who are eligible for the programme by meeting the selection criteria. All who register also agree not to hold Access Bank or its Agent, Wild Fusion Digital Centre, liable where they fail to meet the selection criteria or are in breach of any process.

8. Proprietary Information

The material and content accessible from this website or any other website affiliated with the Diamond Xtra Digital Marketing Training operated, licensed or controlled by Access Bank or its Agent is the proprietary information of the Bank and its Agents and therefore retains all rights, title and interest in the content. Accordingly, the content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Access Bank and its Agents. In doing so, you may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered any copyright, trademark, service mark or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on any of the content. Modification or use of the content except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions violates Access Bank and its Agents intellectual property, image and privacy rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this website and in registering for the programme.

• You are required to submit your registration via this website using the registration form to participate in the Diamond Xtra Digital Marketing Training Programme. • Access Bank and its Agents and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; miscommunication; failed phone or computer hardware, software, telephone transmissions, or technical failures; garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of your data in the registration form; or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entry.

14. Indemnity

• You will indemnify and hold Access Bank and its Agents, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, officers, directors, and contractors (the Indemnified Parties) harmless from any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorised in these Terms and Conditions.

• You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorised use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments awards, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith.

• You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the website or information accessed from it.

16. Security

• You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this website to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g. password guessing programmes, cracking tools, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited.

• If you become involved in any violation of system security, Access Bank and its Agents reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. Access Bank and its Agents reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions. 

• Access Bank and its Agents reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Access Bank and its Agents to disclose the identity of anyone posting any email messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS ACCESS BANK AND ITS AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ACCESS BANK AND ITS AGENTS DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER ACCESS BANK AND ITS AGENTS OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

17. Termination

Access Bank and its Agents reserves the right to terminate your access to the site without any advance notice.

If for any reason this programme is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial-of-service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Access Bank and its Agents that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this programme, the Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the registration process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this programme. If the Bank elects to cancel or terminate this programme, it will not retain any rights to the participants.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in connection with any dispute between you and Access Bank and its Agents arising out of these Terms and Conditions or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.

20. Changes to this Agreement

Access Bank and its Agents reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms and site, your decision to continue to make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

21. Miscellaneous

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

• These Terms and Conditions and any supplemental terms, policies, rules and guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and Access Bank and its Agents regarding your participation in the Diamond Xtra Digital Marketing Training Programme.
